Liz ‘s extensive experience in complex real estate transactions runs the gamut of office, retail, and multi-use development issues, allowing her to deliver creative, practical, and successful solutions for her clients in every deal.

She offers her commercial real estate clients over 35 years’ experience in a complex and constantly evolving field. She has also served in other strategic leadership roles, including as the first Administrative Partner in the firm’s Denver office, head of the Real Estate Practice Group, and an elected member of the firm’s Management Committee. She currently serves as the Chair of Holland & Hart’s Management Committee.

She has represented local and national lenders and borrowers in connection with complex real estate and minerals financings.
