With a practice that is national in scope, Dennis has effectively guided lenders through loans involving projects in nearly every state in the country.

For more than 25 years, Dennis has represented a national sorority and its housing corporation that owns more than 80 chapters throughout the United States. He provides counsel to them on a variety of real estate-related matters.
