Wayne is a Director with the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. (KWGD) and practices in the areas of Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use, Oil, Gas & Mineral Law, and Municipal Law. As part of his real estate practice, Wayne negotiates all documents related to real estate transactions (deeds, leases, purchase agreements, mortgages, etc.) and is constantly reviewing zoning and land use codes related to various real estate matters. Prior to joining KWGD, Wayne worked as a project manager and in-house counsel with an oil and gas firm overseeing projects in the Appalachian Land Basin.

Wayne was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, where he attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a B.A. in criminology in 2007. He then moved to Northeast Ohio to attend the University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate in 2011.

Wayne is a proud resident of the City of North Canton, Ohio, where he lives with his wife Jessica and three daughters. Wayne is a member of the Stark County Bar Association Grievance Committee, which strives to ensure the ongoing ethical excellence of the legal profession. Wayne is an active member of the North Canton community, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Stark County Friends of the Children’s Network and is the music director of Open Door Baptist Church.
