A core part of Terry’s real estate practice is advising developers and operators of wind generation and transmission facilities with respect to the acquisition of land rights (by lease, easement, and fee) and title and survey matters, including the resolution of title issues and curative work. She also represents many other natural resource clients in connection with leasing, easements, and all other aspects of land rights acquisitions, as well as solving title and survey issues, including for electricity generators, pipeline companies, and refineries as well as operators of coal, oil and gas, and other mineral extraction facilities. Her real estate practice also includes ranch acquisitions and due diligence related thereto. Terry also frequently represents parties in commercial financing transactions in a variety of industries, and represents buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions. Her practice also includes contract preparation and negotiation, entity formation, transactional due diligence, and legal opinions.
